I am back!
Last year, I took all three of our fabulous sites down. My reasons are many: the market is mercurial, Charlotte is morphing, the real estate business and technology is changing and last but not least, I was diagnosed with Cancer.
My expectation for seeing this year roll around was slim to none. But Angels speak and people pray, friends gather around and family closes the circle.
I stayed busy with repeat and referrals. I stayed afloat in a weakened market. Thank you. Now my job is rebuilding, my business and my health. I see exciting times ahead. I will be vigilant and bring the latest news and my viewpoint on what we all need to be wary of...the times are changing.
